On April 15th, the United Front Work Department of Boye County Committee, the County Federation of Industry and Commerce, and the County Zhonghua Vocational Education Society held a symposium with the theme of "School Enterprise Cooperation Industry Education Integration" to promote policies that benefit enterprises, understand the development difficulties of enterprises, and explore solutions. Representatives from education, development and reform, human resources and social security, judiciary, vocational schools and five mechanical manufacturing enterprises attended the meeting. Zhao Zhan, member of the Standing Committee of the County Party Committee and Minister of United Front Work, attended the symposium.

The meeting requires all units to accurately grasp the policies that benefit enterprises and take effective measures to support the healthy development of the private economy; All private entrepreneurs should have firm confidence in development, make good use of various support policies, operate with integrity, and innovate in development. At the same time, efforts should be made to contribute to the development of the entire county, especially in promoting Boye and showcasing its achievements in business and investment attraction, to promote the continuous growth and development of the private economy.

After the meeting, everyone visited the vocational school construction together. At the CNC simulation training base, Pan Aibing, the principal of the county vocational education center, introduced that the school's mechanical processing technology is a backbone major in Baoding City. It has implemented school enterprise cooperation with many enterprises such as Baoding Great Wall Co., Ltd. and Hebei Shuangda Petroleum Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd., integrating production and education. While students learn cultural knowledge in school, they also master certain CNC operation techniques, lathe technology, fitter technology, electronic and electrical engineering skills, and provide excellent talents for enterprises. At the e-commerce training base, Principal Pan introduced that e-commerce is also a popular major. This major is jointly offered by Beijing Yantai Vocational Education Group, which shares resources with more than 50 secondary and vocational colleges within the group and implements group management. In 2024, the school signed a strategic cooperation agreement with JD Century Information Technology Co., Ltd. to establish an e-commerce training base. Students will receive training and management under JD's management model on campus, and can also intern and find employment at JD. During the visit and exchange, the vocational education center reached a preliminary cooperation agreement with the enterprise representatives, laying the foundation for further cooperation.
